What is Distributed Leadership?

Distributed leadership in schools involves sharing leadership responsibilities among multiple individuals, including teachers and other staff, rather than solely relying on the principal. This approach aims to leverage the expertise and skills of various members of the school community to improve outcomes for students and the entire school.
