Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is an evidence-based school-wide approach to behaviour management, which is aimed at creating a positive and safe learning environment to improve the academic and behavioural outcomes for all students.
PBS is a proactive approach where expected behaviours are modelled and explicitly taught, allowing students to make better choices.
It focuses on early intervention and emphasises educating students about behaviour choices in a supportive, inclusive and caring environment.
